Thank you for your interest in Revel at the Trail: A Travelers Rest Renaissance!
Please read our policy and procedures, outlined below, and fill out the form that follows. Approval emails will start to go out November 1st. Be sure to add asheandivy@gmail.com to your email contacts to avoid correspondence going to your spam folder.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damages to products or property. We are not liable for sales made, or not made, at our event. Vendors must provide their own source of payment options for customers, as the ashe + ivy team will not handle transactions for vendors. There is no guarantee you will be the only vendor in your category, though we do try and limit the number of like vendors based on the size of the market. You may not share a tent with an unapproved vendor. Upon approval you will receive an email letting you know you have been approved. You will then receive a separate email containing an invoice for the vendor fee. Approved and paid vendors will be added to a private Facebook group that all information will be posted in. Vendor spaces are 10x10 tent spaces. If you need more space and need to purchse two or more spaces please let us know in your application. Power spaces are $120 and non-power spaces are $100. Power spaces will be allotted one plug in and the vendor is responsible for bringing a power cord.
Weather
We are not a rain or shine market. We understand that setting up in the rain is awful for everyone. We continuously watch the weather during the week of the event and will promptly let vendors know if it will be rescheduled. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If the event is rescheduled due to weather your fee will be applied to that date only. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date your fee is forfeited.
Cancellations
We understand that life happens and sometimes vendors must cancel. Cancellations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The ashe + ivy team must be notified in writing about your cancellation or tardiness. If a vendor no-shows without communication, they will not be asked back to future events.
Set up
We want to create an immersive experience for our patrons and that includes you! Tents must be decorated and vendors need to be dressed to fit the Renaissance theme. You are responsible for bringing everything you need for your set-up such as tent, tables, chairs, power cords, etc. We do not provide any of these items for you. Be sure to plan a way to light your tent space Saturday night to allow customers to see your products as the Faire runs until 10pm. We will not supply any tents, tables, or chairs for vendors. Tents must be weighted and not staked. Trailblazer Park can get very windy so it is recommended to have at least 30 lbs on each tent leg. If you do not have weights for your tent you will not be permitted to set up. All vendors are responsible for adhering to all federal, state, and local laws for their specific product(s) that are being sold. Set-up and break-down information will be posted in the private Facebook group mentioned previously. Please do not start breaking down until the event is over unless you have already spoken with an ashe + ivy team member.
*Travelers Rest does require a $25 fee to sell within city limits. A link to the city website to pay this will be provided upon approval.
