Become A Vendor 

Thank you for your interest in the ashe + ivy Makers Markets. We strive to put together markets that give you an outlet to sell your products and get out in our community.

Outlined below are a list of the policy and procedures for the ashe + ivy Makers Markets. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damage to products or property. We are not liable for sales made or not made. Vendors must provide their own source of payment options for customers and the ashe + ivy team will not handle transactions for vendors. There is no guarantee you will be the only vendor in your category, though we do try and limit the number of like vendors. You must apply to be a vendor below and may not share a tent with an unapproved vendor. ashe+ivy Makers Markets WILL NOT approve MLM vendors. No Exceptions. Vendor fees are to be paid upon receipt of the invoice sent to you via square. Vendor spaces are limited to a 10x10 tent space. Vendor fees vary depending on location of the market. 

Weather

We are not a rain or shine market. We understand that setting up in the rain is awful for anyone. We continuously watching the weather the week of the event and will promptly let vendors know if it will be cancelled. Fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to a different event if the first event was cancelled by the ashe + ivy team.

Cancellations

We understand that life happens and sometimes vendors must cancel or be late to an event. Cancellations and tardiness will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to a different event IF cancelled AT LEAST seven days before the event. The ashe + ivy team must be notified in writing about your cancellation or tardiness. If a vendor no-shows two events without communication, they will not be approved for future events and any fees already paid are non-refundable.

Set up

Your set up must look professional. We require 10x10 white tents for all our vendors, no exceptions. The vendor is responsible for bringing their own tent, table, and chair if needed for their set up. Tents must be weighted not staked. All vendors are responsible for adhering to all federal, state, and local laws for their specific product(s) that are being sold at ashe + ivy Makers Markets. You will be sent information about set up and break down times before each event. Please do not start breaking down until event is over unless you have already spoken with an ashe + ivy team member.
