Thank you for your interest in the ashe + ivy Makers Markets. Please read our policy and procedures outlined below and fill out the form that follows. You then can flip through the pages by hitting next, at the bottom of the page. Each page is categorized by location. The market details such as fees, dates, and spaces, for that particular location, will be outlined on that page. Once you have selected the dates you want to apply for in that location you may move on to the next page by hitting the next button (if you do not wish to apply for any dates in that location then hit next to move on to the next page). Hit the submit button at the end and your application will be submitted. We will email you if you have been approved within 1-3 business days.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damages to products or property. We are not liable for sales made, or not made, at our event. Vendors must provide their own source of payment options for customers as the ashe + ivy team will not handle transactions for vendors. There is no guarantee you will be the only vendor in your category, though we do try and limit the number of like vendors based on the size of the market. You may not share a tent with an unapproved vendor. Vendor fees go towards marketing the event and payment for the venue. An invoice will be sent to you via the email you provide below.
Weather
We are not a rain or shine market. We understand that setting up in the rain is awful for everyone. We continuously watch the weather during the week of the event and will promptly let vendors know if it will be rescheduled. Fees are non-refundable. If the event is rescheduled due to weather your fee will be applied to that date only. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date your fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations
We understand that life happens and sometimes vendors must cancel or be late for an event. Cancellations and tardiness will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Fees are non-refundable. The ashe + ivy team must be notified in writing about your cancellation or tardiness. If a vendor no-shows two events without communication, they will not be asked back to future events.
Set up
Your set up must look professional. The vendor is responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, and chairs if needed for their set up. Tents are to be professional and free of slogans/images (you may use a tent with your branded logo of your business). We will not supply any tents, tables, or chairs for vendors. Tents must be weighted and not staked. All vendors are responsible for adhering to all federal, state, and local laws for their specific product(s) that are being sold at ashe + ivy Makers Markets. You will be sent information about set up and break down times before the event in a Facebook group you will be invited to once the event date gets close. Please join the group as soon as you can as all information will be funneled through the group. Please do not start breaking down until event is over unless you have already spoken with an ashe + ivy team member.
