We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damages to products or property. Approved acts who require special insurance must provide proof of said insurance prior to event. Ashe+ivy reserves the right to cancel performances or demenstrations whom have not sent a copy of insurance prior to the event. We are looking for on-stage performers along with acts that can be immersed within the Faire (street gigs). There is access to power for those who are immersed within the Faire.
Weather
We are not a rain or shine event. We understand that setting up/breaking down/ performing in the rain is awful for everyone and impossible for some. We continuously watch the weather during the week of the event and will promptly let performers know if it will need to be rescheduled.
Cancellations
We understand that life happens and sometimes cancellations happen. Cancellations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. We ask that you promptly let us know of your cancellation so we have adequate time to fill the spot or rearrange performances if needed.
Set up
We want to create an immersive experience for our patrons and that includes you! If you are an act that will be within the Faire and under a tent we ask that your space be decorated to fit the theme. You are responsible for bringing everything you need for your set-up such as tent, tables, chairs, power cords, etc. We do not provide any of these items for you. Be sure to plan a way to light your tent space Saturday night as the Faire runs until 10pm. Tents are to be professional and free of slogans/images. Tents must be weighted and not staked. Trailblazer Park can get very windy so it is recommended to have at least 30 lbs on each tent leg.
