Shipping, In-Store Pickup & Returns
Skip the normal hassle of online returns. We know women's clothing can be unpredictable so we've made shipping and returns a breeze!
FREE Ground Shipping on orders $75+
We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $75 or more within the continental United States. For orders under $75 we offer Standard Ground shipping for a flat fee of $7.00 for orders within the continental United States. Free returns are provided on all domestic orders within the continental United States (within the 14 day return window).
GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received are processed and shipped out via our ground shipping option. Shipping is done Tues-Friday from 10am-4pm. Any orders received over the weekend will ship out on Tuesday.
EXPRESS ORDERS: We do not offer express shipping at this time.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as bath bombs). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We are offering in-store pick up on online orders now! Pickups will be available next business day during our hours of operation, Tues-Fri 10am-4pm. Pick up orders will only be help for 30 days. If you do not pick up your order within these 30 days your order will be put back on the shelf with no refund.
